Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Returned books must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
