Shipping and delivery

Footprints of Elders ships books to customers within Australia using Australia Post. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.

Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, and Australia Post service delays. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes between 3-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Footprints of Elders is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Footprints of Elders will not be liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
